i don't understand - what is being filtered? why? and in what form? black bars instead of images? the scoop article doesn't really say anything about this, anyone have any more details? i assume they're looking for child porn or something.. ...

We don't know what is being filtered if there is no accountability of this process, unlike the Censors Office. ...
